In order for BESTSELLER to provide you with relevant news and keep you updated you accept that BESTSELLER A/S (Fredskovvej 5, 7330 Brande, Denmark, VAT 88216512) and your local wholesale business partner, both hereinafter referred to as BESTSELLER can send you marketing via email, text messages, MMS, push notifications or social media, regarding: 

• Clothes, bags, shoes, accessories, fashion items, design and the like marketed by BESTSELLER and the BESTSELLER brands. 

• Offers, sale, competitions and events as well as other marketing initiatives from BESTSELLER. 

• Information about the BESTSELLER brands and/or other companies in the BESTSELLER group. 

You furthermore accept that this consent can be used to ask you to update your consent to include other relevant products, business partners or ways of communication. 

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the option stated in the materials sent to you or by contacting BESTSELLER on marketing@bestseller.com.

BESTSELLER is data controller with respect to your personal data.

We use your personal data to administer our business relationship. We also use your personal data to send you marketing material if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

If you unsubscribe, BESTSELLER will not send you any further newsletters. Please be aware that if you have subscribed to receive information regarding other BESTSELLER brands, you will need to unsubscribe to such individually.

4. Our use of data processors 

We share your personal data with our external business partners (data processors) who will process personal data on our behalf, e.g. by sending out our newsletters to you or by storing your personal data.

5. When do we delete your personal data?
