FASHION REDEFINED

Recently, VERO MODA had something special in store for a selected group of CBOs, wholesale customers, retail partners, and colleagues from across the globe. They were invited to the brand's VIP event in Vienna to explore a curated VIP collection as well as the latest collections of VERO MODA and its subbrands.

The event was set up in Vienna's Palmenhaus, a historic greenhouse known for its outstanding architecture and rich botanical collection.

From fall 2024, we will move into the new office space at the DCB Montana Business Center in Ljubljana. Spanning the 6th and 7th floors, our spacious, approx. 2.000m2 office will be the hub for our brands JACK & JONES, ONLY (ONLY BRAND HOUSE), NAME IT, Vero Moda, SELECTED FEMME/HOMME , ONLY & Sons, PIECES and JDY, serving the countries Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo.

This spring, we opened the 50th JACK & JONES store as part of our Retail Partner Program in Budapest, Hungary.
The shop is located in Arkad Budapest mall and until the end of this year three more new shops will follow in Hungary.

The launch of the JACK & JONES Spring/Summer '24 season in Istanbul was a buzz. The new collection reflects the courage to be yourself, and for the first time ever, the JACK & JONES girls collection JJXX was put on sale on jackjones.com.tr.

The main character of the campaign, Kubilay Aka, remains the face of the brand in Turkey.

The first VERO MODA retail partner store has finally opened its doors to our customers in Amman, Jordan. And the second store has already followed within the first month. Exciting times ahead!

Our fashion journey in Greece continues to unfold as we proudly announce the opening of our 20th JACK & JONES store in the country. With 140m2 spread across two floors and located in the heart of beautiful Rhodes Island, the new store brings denim classics and the latest fashion trends to our customers.

We couldn't be more excited to give you a glimpse into our new office for Middle East & North Africa located in Dubai's Design District. "With our Dubai office we wanted to create a space where our employees as well as our business partners feel comfortable and enjoy coming together and working together. Therefore, it was also important for us to create a nice mix of good Danish design with a few showpieces that make up our new BESTSELLER office. We are very grateful to be able to work in such a special place and to represent the brands in such an attractive surrounding", says Elke Jungbauer, Commercial Director MENA.

We’re investing in +1000 new robots to be deployed at our upcoming logistics centre and very happy to be partnering with KNAPP – an Austrian company – for this project. The cutting-edge facility in the Netherlands is set to become one of Europe's most highly automated and efficient logistics centres. Advanced automation technology will significantly ease physically demanding tasks while creating many highly skilled jobs. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress toward making the centre fully operational by the end of 2026.

Some fellow BESTSELLER colleagues were given the opportunity to attend the UNLEASH innovation lab in Kigali, Rwanda.

The event brings together people from around the world to collaborate on sustainable solutions – this time, circular economy and reliable renewable energy solutions were in focus. The week was filled with inspirational sessions, collaborative workshops and networking opportunities.

The Modern Art Edition

On the journey from a label to a brand SELECTED, our marketing team, in collaboration with the SELECTED team, has taken the initiative to organize an event for the current SELECTED NOOS AW24 collection. Under the theme "The Modern Art Edition," SELECTED in Austria chose to host the event in an art gallery in the first district of Vienna, connecting with customers and providing them with the opportunity to get to know the brand better.

We're starting to get ready to move into our new BESTSELLER Türkiye showroom in Istanbul soon! Vadistanbul comprises both a shopping center as well as business centers, where we will be located.

The showroom will comprise a total of 1.470m2. At this point, the move is planned before January 2024.

Welcome to our first own Austrian NAME IT Retail Stores! We have already successfully established our NAME IT franchise concept with our partners over the years and have now decided to additionally also open own retail stores.

Our existing office/showroom in Salzburg is growing! The total area has been expanded from 674,16 m2 to 1104,16 m2. In addition to new office spaces, a completely new kids area (Name it, Jack & Jones Junior and Kids ONLY) has been created at the showroom area.

News from JACK & JONES on another Fashion for Good collaboration. This time, with the British innovator Biophilica, which is developing an alternative to leather shoes with its material Treekind.

The new innovative leather alternative is to be tested by our menswear brand JACK & JONES – and sneakers of the future might be plant-based, recyclable and suitable for composting.

The campaign is called #BuMaceraDenim and invites everyone to join the denim adventure of Kubilay Aka and JACK & JONES. From banners to shop windows as well as the cover of GQ Turkey. This fall and winter is all about northern and innovative styles combined with adventurous spirits.

This October, Danish women's wear brand VILA has launched its new initiative: an exclusiv brand built on carefully selected trim, sophisticated fabrics and delicate detailing. The brand entered the high-end market with confidence and with a longevitiy mission.That is the first line of ROUGE VILA’s brand intro and it sets the bar for the brand’s new launch.

Sustainability through innovation: On September 14th 2022, our DIGITAL FASHION DAYS VIP event took place at our Region East HQ in Vienna. The goal of this event was to have inspiring conversations with selected partners and customers to drive the valuable exchange of industry knowledge. We also welcomed some of our internal international colleagues as well as external keynote speakers to talk about the future of digitalisation in fashion and its impact on sustainability in the industry.
